Top 25 College Football Interior Offensive Linemen

The college football season is approaching. There is always debate over ranking the best players in the sport. Here are the top 25 college football interior offensive linemen heading into the 2023 season.

Note: While projection of what a player can be is taken into account, most rankings are from what has been seen on the field so far. These are not NFL Draft rankings, but rather focus on the best players in college football.

Top College Football Interior Offensive Linemen

25-21

25. Jacob Monk, Duke Blue Devils

After being an Honorable Mention All-ACC player last season, Monk returns. He has played center, guard and tackle in his career, showing his versatility.

24. Layden Robinson, Texas A&M Aggies

Robinson has started for the last two seasons at Texas A&M. Last season, he helped pave the way for 1,000-yard rusher Devon Achane.

23. Keaton Bills, Utah Utes

Bills was an Honorable Mention All-Pac-12 selection last season. He has plenty of experience, making 25 starts at left guard during his career.

22. Clark Barrington, Baylor Bears

A former All-American selection, Barrington is now switching schools. Last season, Phil Steele named him Second Team All-Independent, so Baylor will give him the opportunity to get back to his previous form.

21. Mike Novitsky, Kansas Jayhawks

Novitsky didn’t commit a penalty or allow a sack last season for Kansas. This is after he played solidly at Buffalo for two seasons.

20. Bryan Hudson, Louisville Cardinals

Hudson started his career at Virginia Tech, but transferred to Louisville for last two seasons. He played multiple positions on the offensive line, which shows his value.

19. Zeke Correll, Notre Dame Fighting Irish

Correll started sparingly over the 2020 and 2021 seasons. He then stepped into the starting lineup last year and helped Notre Dame have a great rushing attack.

18. Justin Dedich, USC Trojans

USC has a versatile lineman in Dedich, who has played center and guard. He was an All-Pac-12 Honorable Mention last season, but can build on that in 2023.

17. Zach Frazier, West Virginia Mountaineers

A Coach’s First Team All-Big 12 selection last season, Frazier was one of the bright spots for West Virginia. He is a preseason All-American on several outlets.

16. Drake Nugent, Michigan Wolverines

Nugent was a two-time Pac-12 Honorable Mention at Stanford. Now he joins the best offensive line in college football over the last two seasons.

15. D’Mitri Emmanuel, Florida State Seminoles

Emmanuel started 25 total games for Charlotte before suiting up for the Seminoles last year. He was a Third Team All-ACC selection last year and can build on that with a promising season at Florida State ahead.

14. Jeremy James, Ole Miss Rebels

A Freshman All-American in 2020, James has played well for Ole Miss over the last few seasons. He was a preseason All-SEC selection from multiple outlets.

13. Brady Latham, Arkansas Razorbacks

Latham was an All-SEC Freshman selection in 2020 and was Third Team All-SEC by PFF. Arkansas has a good offensive line for the 2023 season and Latham is one of their best.

12. Christian Mahogany, Boston College Eagles

After being an All-ACC Second Team selection in 2021 with some promise, Mahogany missed the 2022 season with an injury and needs to regain his form this year.

11. Jake Renfro, Wisconsin Badgers

Renfro was an All-AAC First Team selection at Cincinnati in 2021. He missed the 2022 season with an injury, then decided to follow his head coach Luke Fickell to Wisconsin, where he’ll be put to the test against Big Ten competition.

10. Connor Colby, Iowa Hawkeyes

Although he moved around a lot for Iowa last season, his best fit is as a guard. He has made plenty of preseason All-Big Ten teams and drawn the eye of NFL Draft junkies as well.

9. Sincere Haynesworth, Tulane Green Wave

Haynesworth has been starting for Tulane since 2019. His pay last season helped Tulane make the Cotton Bowl and earned him First-Team All-AAC honors.

8. Trevor Keegan, Michigan Wolverines

Keegan made 11 starts last season and helped Michigan make the College Football Playoff. He was an Honorable Mention All-Big Ten selection and Michigan’s offensive line won the Joe Moore Award as the best offensive line in college football.

7. Donovan Jackson, Ohio State Buckeyes

Jackson has played in 26 career games and has been a First-Team All-Big Ten selection. If Ohio State wants to get back to beating Michigan, it starts in the trenches.

6. Javion Cohen, Miami Hurricanes

Cohen was able to earn plenty of experience at Alabama. He was a Second Team All-SEC selection last year at Alabama and can really help the offensive line play at Miami.

5. Christian Haynes, UConn Huskies

UConn has a star player in Haynes, who was a Second Team All-American by Sporting News. He is drawing some NFL Draft interest and is one of the best linemen in the country.

4. Beaux Limmer, Arkansas Razorbacks

As a Third Team All-American and a Second Team All-SEC selection, Limmer is a staple of the Arkansas offensive line. He is moving from guard to center this season, which will be an adjustment.

3. Sedrick Van Pran, Georgia Bulldogs

Van Pran was a starter for both Georgia national championship teams. He could’ve gone pro and been selected decently early, but decided to return for a chance at a three-peat.

2. Zak Zinter, Michigan Wolverines

Zinter has helped Michigan win two straight Joe Moore Awards for the country’s best offensive line. He has made All-Big Ten teams throughout his career at Michigan and is a big reason why they are ranked highly.

1. Cooper Beebe, Kansas State Wildcats

He was a First Team All-American by several outlets last season and is now a preseason All-American. Beebe is versatile, experienced and one of the best linemen in all of college football regardless of position.
