The newest TFT set has been revealed as TFT Set 9.5, Horizonbound. This set is going to be the last mid-set that fans ever get with TFT moving to three sets a year. TFT Set 9.5 Horizonbound Leaks
So far, leaks have been few and far between. There were rumors that the next set would be adding at least two new regions and while this ended up being true, that felt more like an educated guess than a leak.
Once more leaks make their way out, which should be over the next few days, this section will be updated.

Normally there are plenty of leaks before the TFT Devs reveal anything about the Sets. Now they are going back to how they used to do things and are revealing a lot in parts and much earlier than normal.
