During the first Riot Games showcase for 2023, the third League of Legends champion was officially revealed. They did not have a name for it, only that it would be something that would live in a castle that looked similar to something from Castlevania. Now during the latest League of Legends champion Roadmap, a name was revealed, Briar. And here is what is known so far about the League of Legends Briar Abilities.

Briar is certainly going to be an interesting champion. More because of what she is than anything else. She is a vampire. What is interesting is that League of Legends already has Vladimir. But is he really a vampire?
The answer to that one, is no.
Vladimir is actually a Blood Mage and although he looks like a vampire and is named after one, he is not a vampire. Instead, he uses hemomancy which again is Blood Magic.
Now it would seem as though Briar will potentially be a combination of Vladimir and Warwick. There was a hunger mechanic described for the champion. This was something that was hard for Briar to control and could have led to her taking out most of Noxus. Even the pictures they have used to describe her are interesting but still have not shown much.
League of Legends Briar Abilities
Right now there is not a whole lot that is known about Briar’s abilities. Here are the rumors and leaks so far, also some thoughts on what Riot has said riddle-wise.

Leaks
Above is supposedly the Briar W after she has transformed in some way. There are thoughts that this will either automatically happen at level 6 or that it will be associated with her ultimate in some way.
Also she will be using her Pillory, a medieval containment device but hers had spikes on it making it a bit more dangerous. Whether it will just be used for her auto-attack or in her abilities is currently unknown.
Riddles
Right now the only true riddles are about an insatiable hunger along with her being more of a skirmisher/diver than an assassin.
This can line up with what has been shown so far in the leaks and even in the leaked League of Legends Briar Splash Art. Until then the riddles they gave were a bit less obvious than in the past.
