LCS Summer Week 2 2023 Betting Preview – Format and Schedule
Kicking off on 14th June, the LCS Summer season will last until 21st July. Involving the 10 franchised LCS teams, the split is divided into two stages of competition as listed below and discussed in our LCS betting guide:
- LCS Summer Season – 14th June to 21st July
- LCS Championship – 27th July to 20th August
Starting with the LCS Summer Season, this will feature a double round robin, where each team competes against one another twice in BO1 matches – each one available for League of Legends betting. The top 8 teams qualify for the Championship as follows:
- Top 6 – Upper Bracket
- 7-8th – Lower Bracket
It’s at the LCS Championship that teams have a chance to earn a spot at Worlds 2023.
In this particular betting preview, we’ll be taking a look at LCS Summer Week 2 matches which are considered to be esports betting opportunities with LoL odds:
21st June 2023
- Team Liquid vs NRG Esports (00:00 CEST)
- TSM vs Immortals (02:00 CEST)
- 100 Thieves vs Evil Geniuses (03:00 CEST)

LCS Summer Week 2 2023 Betting Preview
Team Liquid vs NRG Esports
Following the first week, Team Liquid has stood undefeated with an impressive 3-0 record. Meanwhile, NRG hasn’t looked as strong, currently locked in a five-way tie for fifth place.
Yes, for those wondering, NRG Esports is a new name – one that occupies the spot of former CounterLogic Gaming.
Currently, Team Liquid is currently bouncing back from a poor Spring season, and NRG doesn’t look like they can put a dent in their record at the moment.
As backed up by the League of Legends betting sites, Team Liquid are favoured in this match-up.
- Predictions: Team Liquid (1-0) NRG Esports
- Odds: Team Liquid Outright Win (1.6), NRG Esports Outright Win (2.3)

TSM vs Immortals
At the bottom end of the leaderboard, TSM are also stuck in the five-way tie in the leaderboard. On the other hand, Immortals is only two wins away from scoring as many total wins as they did in the Spring Season – a massive improvement so far.
Meanwhile, TSM need to bounce back here, and they do have a chance in this match-up.
However, considering the momentum behind Immortals right now, TSM would have to come out strong to disappoint them according to the LoL predictions.
- Predictions: Immortals (1-0) TSM
- Odds: TSM Outright Win (2.1), Immortals Outright Win (1.7)

100 Thieves vs Evil Geniuses
As two of the most popular organizations in competitive League of Legends, 100 Thieves and Evil Geniuses will be going head to head in this upcoming week of matches.
Notably, both teams made it into the top 6 at the LCS 2023 Spring Standings, and both are expected to do well for the remainder of the season according to esports betting sites.
As of right now, EG are leading in the leaderboard by 1 win, however 100 Thieves has faced tougher competition – 100 Thieves are favoured here by the esports odds.
- Predictions: 100 Thieves (1-0) Evil Geniuses
- Odds: 100 Thieves Outright Win (1.55), Evil Geniuses Outright Win (2.4)
