Ethereum futures ETFs to start trading next week

Investment firm Valkyrie will start offering exposure to Ether futures in the coming days. The firm told Cointelegraph on Sept. 28 that its Bitcoin strategy ETF will allow investors access to Ether and Bitcoin futures “under one wrapper,” making it one of the first firms to do so amid several pending applications with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Ben ‘BitBoy’ Armstrong arrested on live stream over Lambo dispute

Crypto influencer Ben Armstrong, previously known as “BitBoy,” has reportedly been arrested while livestreaming outside the house of a former business associate, who he alleges is in possession of his Lamborghini.

Before the YouTube stream, he posted that he was “going live soon from a very special location.”

SBF trial dates revealed: FTX founder to stand trial over 6 weeks

Sam Bankman-Fried’s trial is scheduled to start on Oct. 3, but the actual opening arguments are projected to begin a day later, a newly released court trial calendar shows.

The document, posted to the public court docket on Thursday, shows that while most of October and the first week of November are dedicated to the trial, the court will not be in session between Oct. 20 and Oct. 25. Nov. 3 will also be a day off, as will Oct. 9 and Nov. 10 – both of which are public holidays.
