Ripple Starts Filing, Preparation for Hinman Documents?

Date:

  1. The Ripple vs SEC case nears completion, both parties begin filing.
  2. Ripple and XRP enthusiasts are hoping and expecting good news.
  3. The final showdown is coinciding with the release of many other huge crypto-related news.

Twitter is on first again this morning as an XRP and Ripple enthusiast shares Ripple’s filing activities. Specifically, the entity is making a filing on Court Listener. This screenshot was shared on Twitter to draw attention to the SEC vs Ripple ongoing case.

As we can see from the tweet above, the screenshot divulges critical information about Ripple’s filing. In detail, the SEC vs Ripple case will likely have a massive showdown tomorrow following the release of the Hinman Documents.

A new filing for the “Securities and Exchange Commission v. Ripple Labs Inc.” also made it to Twitter. In particular, Big Cases Bot shared the filing of Doc #827: Declaration in Support of Motion.

Cyril then goes on to share exclusive tips that will help traders 10x their research productivity. First for DeFi enthusiasts, he says Token Terminal is imperative. This tool gathers financial data like revenue, profits, user growth, etc, on blockchains and DApps. Using this Cyril says traders can make informed, data-based decisions.

Responses to both tweets show massive support and untamable hope for Ripple and XRP to come out standing. Most responses say that Ripple and XRP are close to victory and that the asset will likely moon soon.

After a long fought battle between the SEC and Ripple Labs, it seems the time for XRP to shine nears faster than expected. The filing in question marks attorneys joining and stepping off the case. Looks like both parties are preparing for their final showdown.

As the entire crypto community gears up for the finale of what is arguably the most iconic crypto case, others are awaiting news elsewhere. To highlight, the crypto community is also waiting to hear about the motion of seizing Binance assets as well as the SEC’s response to Coinbase’s petition.
