LoL Ambessa Medarda Release Date
The LoL Ambessa Medarda Release Date will likely be sometime around November 2, 2024 or November 9, 2024.
She will be arriving with Season 2 of Arcane in November. This will likely coincide with Worlds Finals as it has in the past. This means that she will be on the PBE though a couple of weeks before then. It also confirms that she will be the last champion of 2024.
What does the addition of Ambessa Medarda mean?
The addition of Arcane Ambessa Medarda as a LoL Champion was certainly a surprising one. Considering how many people liked Silco and him even having a model and some abilities thanks to TFT, it felt all but certain that he would be added. Instead, the mother of Mel and one of the leaders of Noxus will be finding her way into League of Legends.
This is a massive change and something that many had hoped for but did not expect. While a lot of the main characters of Arcane are obviously champions, there have been other new characters from the show that could become champions.
It is hard to not think that Ambessa will be a major player in Season 2. If she is getting added to the main game and with Silco being gone, it feels like she may be the new villain in the next season. This is all speculation but it seems likely with this announcement.
