Now that we are done and dusted with the ESL Pro League group stages, it is time to look forward to the playoffs of our first tier-one event since the player break. As was to be expected we saw many upsets and surprises, which both made and broke many Fantasy teams.
As the Fantasy competition is now open for the playoffs, it is the perfect time for us to reflect on some of the best performing players from the group stages, so that we are all in the know when it comes time for us to draft our Fantasy teams.
With playoffs just around the corner, it is time to get your fantasy picks in

Below, you can find some of the players we think are worth considering for the Fantasy game.
This man could not stop clutching for Natus Vincere in a group stage where they went 5-0, and so it is unsurprising he was a big earner for those that picked him. Perfecto was selected by all of the top-three finishers in the HLTV x BitSkins league, and as you can expect Natus Vincere to be making a deep playoffs run, you can also expect to continue seeing him in high placing teams.
Perfecto saw success in both the Support and Leader role, and successfully triggered a range of boosters throughout groups including Saver, Assist, Kobe and Clutch. Such a versatile and relatively inexpensive player will surely find a place in many players’ selections.
Highlighted in HLTV’s fantasy article previewing groups C and D, Liquid‘s FalleN was another player who found his way into all three of the top placing teams in the HLTV x BitSkins league, despite being nowhere to be found in the overall most picked players category.
Used by all three teams as the Main AWP, FalleN saw success with the Flash booster as predicted, as well as the Avenger booster. The only caveat for the Brazilian moving forward would be that his team need to continue their impressive form and make a deep run for him to be a strong pick once again.
Mantuu may just be having the tournament of his life right now, boasting a 1.28 rating and a monstrous +102 KD-diff after 12 maps of play. He also racked up the fantasy points for those that picked him, putting up 140+ points for all three of the top performing teams.
Main AWP is obviously the role for mantuu, succeeding in triggering his role bonus for every game of groups, and he hit the Top of Scoreboard, Saver, and Avenger boosters successfully during groups.
This may potentially be the pick of the round, as refrezh has outperformed expectations so far this tournament, both for Heroic and for the fantasy teams he was picked in.
He saw success in three different roles for the top performing teams, as the Multi Fragger, Leader and Support. Interestingly his 120+ points haul for his teams was managed without triggering many boosters, only managing the Best Pistol Round and BitSkins boosters once each.
