DCTDAO, a cross-chain DeFi trading platform focused on providing security and scalability to support high-frequency DEX trading, has announced that they will collaborate with TrustSwap on a FlashLaunch for their DCTD token offering on March 26th 2021, at 9:00 AM PST.

With Decentralized Finance (DEFI) and DEX trading dominating the current ERC-20 space, traders are dealing with slow transaction speeds and extremely high fees that make high frequency trading unfeasible. This is an issue DCTDAO aims to solve.

DCTDAO is a revolutionary new platform that leverages DECENT’s fast, scalable and cost effective DCore Blockchain, big partnerships, and strong community to bridge the benefits of DCore with an interconnected system built for trading. DCTDAO users can enjoy fast trading with Multi-Wrapped tokens as well as having the ultimate security of a Quantum Proof upgrade to DCore.

Para-chain technologies using Polkadot as a basis for the main trading DEX and the Moonbeam cross-chain protocol will be implemented.

The $DCTD token offering will be executed by leveraging the TrustSwap Launchpad on March 26th, 2021. Upon the successful conclusion of the offering, a Uniswap pool will be created within 5 days.

• Each FlashLaunch will have a set individual allocation of exactly $500 per person.
• Applicants to a FlashLaunch can apply on launch day between 9AM and 9PM PST at https://dashboard.trustswap.org/app/launchpads.
• Once all applications are registered, a number of entries will be assigned to each participant based on their staked SWAP or SwapScore (see table below). The snapshot for the entries will be taken at 9 am PST on 26th March, 2021.
• There will be a random drawing for the $500 allocations. The more entries you have, the higher your chance of being selected.
• Each person can only win once per project. Assuming we have about 2400 individuals entering the lottery, each person will have a 33.33% chance to win a $500 allocation.

• 10 “Golden Ticket” NFTs will be minted by TrustSwap which will each unlock access to a guaranteed $500 allocation for that specific launch (pending KYC verification).
• These NFT’s will be initially sold at auction by TrustSwap here on Rarible.com. The auction will run until March 25th at 9AM PST (24 hours prior to the FlashLaunch).
• The top 10 highest bids at that time will win the NFT’s. There is no minimum bid. To visit the auction click here
• The Golden Ticket NFT’s can be traded and resold on any NFT marketplace for 24 hours prior to the FlashLaunch.
• Whoever holds the NFT at the “snapshot” time when the launch begins will be whitelisted for an allocation (pending KYC). The snapshot for this will be taken at 9 am PST on 26th March, 2021.
• 10% of the proceeds from Golden Ticket sales will go to the Eden Reforestation Project, a non-profit focused on planting trees and saving lives.
• Only one Golden Ticket can be used per person per FlashLaunch but those who win the drawing can also use a Golden Ticket to receive an additional $500 allocation for a maximum total of $1000.

To ensure a smooth launch, the DCTDAO team has agreed to:

1. Have their domain protected and share proof with TrustSwap one week prior to the token sale date.
2. Disclose the vesting schedule of all tokens, including team, strategic investors, private presale, influencers, etc.
3. Add no less than $200,000 of ETH liquidity on Uniswap immediately upon listing.
4. Distribute tokens to launchpad participants within one hour of Uniswap listing using multisend.io.
5. Lock liquidity within 3 hours of listing for no less than 60 days at https://team.finance/.
6. Provide the timeline for token distributions and distribute tokens within a one-hour window of the agreed-upon time.
7. Lock 75% or more of team & dev fund tokens for a minimum of thirty days on https://team.finance/ within 6 hours of funding liquidity on Uniswap.
8. Have at least one community moderator on each social platform (Discord, Telegram, etc.) actively available 24 hours a day for the first 7 days following the launch on Uniswap.

1. At any time on March 26th from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM PST, go to https://dashboard.trustswap.org/app/launchpads and click the button to apply and fill out the form.
2. Applicants will be given a number of tickets into a random drawing relative to their SwapScore (see above chart for details).
3. Winners of the draw will be contacted via Email within 36 hrs to provide their KYC documents. Monitor your E-mail closely (including any “Spam” or “Promotions” folders). Once the email arrives, you will have 24 hours to provide your KYC details.
4. Approved participants will be contacted again via email with payment instructions.
5. Ten allocations will be reserved for Golden Ticket Holders
6. The last 20 people selected in the drawing will be on ‘stand-by’ and will have the first option to participate if there are any unsold tokens after the initial rounds are complete including any unused Golden Tickets.
7. Uniswap Listing date: 31tst March, 2021
