Catti-brie’s primary stat isn’t as clear-cut as some of the other characters, so you can get pretty flexible on how you want to build Catti.
Given her set of abilities however, it would make the most sense to prioritize leveling INT, making Catti-brie and her heals more potent. Prioritizing DEX may not be a bad idea after your INT is juiced up, seeing as your hits from your signature bow will hit much harder with higher DEX.

Catti-brie and her three different trees are The Archer, Longstrider, and Cunning.
The Archer is best to go if you plan to prioritize DEX first and foremost, giving you lots of ways to power up your physical attack, as well as crit damage and crit chance specifically when firing arrows.
Longstrider builds Catti-brie into more of a tank, giving armor bonus and condition resistance bonus, giving you a chance to resist nasty status effects like poison.
Cunning serves as the “general” tree of the three, providing more of the same that we’ve seen from trees similar to it. Things like max stamina, increases usable slots, base CDR, etc.
