Cellular and internet-based access control company, CellGate has made some significant personnel changes in the first half of 2023 in order to keep apace of their strong growth trajectory.

Debi Williams was initially hired in March 2023 as the Company’s Head of Strategic Projects. Her vast previous experience with RealPage, Inc, a real estate property management software company, allowed her to ‘hit the ground running’ with CellGate as she led the Company’s integration efforts with several 3rd party property management software companies. It soon became apparent to CellGate President, Noel Gouldin, that Debi was capable of greater responsibilities, and consequently, Williams was promoted to Vice President of Support Services at the end of June 2023. She will lead both the Customer Support and Technical Support teams for CellGate.

In addition to Williams’ promotion, CellGate recently added Kristina Homer as its new Business Development Manager for the Western Region. Homer has extensive experience in the multi-family marketplace, previously having served as Community Manager and then General Manager for Greystar Corporation, in addition to holding positions with Quarterra (a Lennar Company) and Monogram Residential Trust. The Western region of the U.S. is one of the most high-profile markets for CellGate, and CellGate’s Vice President of Sales, Ken Shaw, is certain that Homer’s multi-family industry experience will allow her to be successful quickly in her new role.

Earlier in the year, Shaw also added Jeremy Gideon to the CellGate sales organization, as the new Director of Business Development. Gideon now oversees the activities of CellGate’s Business Development Regional Managers, focusing their efforts for both multi-family properties and commercial opportunities for CellGate’s wireless access control and visitor management solutions, OmniPoint and Watchman. Gideon had over 10 years of sales management experience with Axis Communications, working closely with its system integrator and distributor channels, in addition to having other security and IP-based communication experience.

When asked about the three team members’ impact to the Company, Noel Gouldin was effusive about the possibilities. “Debi, Kristina and Jeremy are all incredibly talented individuals that bring important industry experience to their new roles,” said Gouldin. “They each have a lot of responsibility in their respective positions, and I cannot wait to see their progress as they set and attain new goals.
