Wild Rift Patch Notes 4.3c: Teemo Buffs, Hecarim Release, more

The brand new patch is here. But as with most “c” patch iterations, Wild Rift 4.3c is a rather small update. Rather than striving to drastically shift the game’s balance, it instead simply adds minor changes targeted towards stabilizing the meta by either buffing outlier picks or nerfing some overwhelmingly strong picks.

What’s Changing in Wild Rift Patch 4.3?

Wild Rift Hecarim Release

Hecarim has finally been officially revealed by Riot themselves. Debuting in the Patch 4.3c, around a month after Vladimir’s initial release, it’s been quite some time since a new champion has debuted.

Alongside officially revealing the debut of Hecarim, Riot also announced the official release date. Wild Rift Hecarim release date is on September 21 at 00:01 UTC.

Teemo Buffs

The infamous spawn of satan is receiving buffs to his kit. He definitely hasn’t been strong at all in the past couple of patches — but considering how unpopular the champion is, Riot is always careful when it comes to buffing him.

His overall damage numbers seem to be going up, which should the pick see more play.

  • ESSENCE THEFT
    • Regeneration from takedowns: 70/110/150/190 + 30% Ability Power → 80/120/160/200 + 35% Ability Power
  • FOX-FIRE
    • Bonus movement speed: 40% → 45%

Annie

  • PYROMANIA
    • Stun time: 1.25/1.5/1.75s → 1/1.25/1.5s
  • DISINTEGRATE
    • Base damage: 80/130/180/230 → 80/125/170/215
  • MOLTEN SHIELD
    • Cooldown: 14/13/12/11s → 14s
    • Base shield: 50/110/170/230 → 50/100/150/200
    • Bonus movement speed: 30/35/40/45% → 20/25/30/35%
  • SUMMON: TIBBERS
    • Damage on first release: 140/250/360 + 60% Ability Power → 130/230/330 + 60% Ability Power
    • Damage on second release: 120/170/220 + 40% Ability Power → 110/150/190 + 30% Ability Power
    • Casting range of pounce: 800 → 700
