- Smart Communications has partnered with fintech app Maya to offer exclusive promos to its postpaid subscriber from January 16 to February 28, 2023.
- According to Smart, those with Plan 999 who have upgraded their Maya Savings account will be able to earn an interest rate of up to 7% per year, credited daily.
- Maya also reminded its users that Maya card can be availed on the app for free.
In line with its still ongoing savings promo of getting up to 6% per annum, Maya forged a partnership with Mobile services provider Smart Communications, Inc. to launch another savings deal. The collaboration will launch “Power Savings,” an exclusive promo that enables postpaid subscribers to “grow their savings faster.”
Through the partnership, Smart Postpaid subscribers with Plan 999 who have upgraded their Maya Savings account will be able to earn an interest rate of up to 7% per year, credited daily. The promo will run from January 16 to February 28, 2023.
Aside from the savings deal, subscribers can also enjoy free InstaPay transactions when they transfer funds from other banks to Maya and switch to Maya Savings.
How to avail Power Savings:
- Join Maya and upgrade your account. First-time users can get up to ₱60.00 Welcome Reward upon upgrade.
- Open a Maya Savings account and go to “Missions” in the app, look for “Smart Postpaid Exclusive” mission and enter the unique Smart Postpaid code (to be sent by Smart via SMS).
- Spend a minimum of ₱999.00 using Maya on paying for your Smart Postpaid bill or any other bill, scanning to pay, paying with a Maya card, or shopping online.
As per Maya, users can also cash in at least ₱1,500.00 via InstaPay and get a ₱25.00 service fee cashback.
The fintech firm also noted that Smart users will be able to enjoy the daily 7% savings interest rate for up to ₱100,000.00 end-of-day deposit balance, reminding its users that Maya Savings account holders may also avail of the Maya Card inside the app for free.
Recently, Maya unveiled their new set of exclusive deals for 2023. They also reminded their users that their 6% interest-per-annum promo with Maya Savings is still ongoing.
