NLG have announced the signing of Can “kyuubii” Kamber, who has joined the German side on a loan from Sprout. After spending the last few months as a sixth player in Timo “Spiidi” Richter‘s team and occasionally stepping in for matches in the Meisterschaft, NLG‘s newest addition will become a full-fledged member of their active roster.
The 16-year-old has left Sprout‘s reserves for the time being, but the team around Denis “denis” Howell have the option to call kyuubii back during a player break should they need a replacement for one of their active members, the announcement states.
kyuubii completes NLG’s lineup
“kyuubii can compete on a daily basis in a top team in Germany and gain practical experience,” a statement from NLG‘s CEO, Stefan Schillhabel, reads. “At the same time he’s still an option for Sprout, if they need or want to do a lineup change in the
future.”
kyuubii completes NLG‘s lineup after the organization parted ways with skyye due to “internal differences” on Sunday. “Since we had to do a very short notice lineup change, I’m really happy that we were able to find the perfect fit for our team in such a short time,” Schillhabel has stated. “kyuubii is for sure one of the most talented players in Germany, very mature for his age, and matches our team philosophy to focus on young and upcoming players.”
NLG now boasts the following squad:
Christoph “red” Hinrichs
Patrick “pdy” Merken
Sebastian “xenn” Hoch
Elias “s1n” Stein
Can “kyuubii” Kamber (on loan from Sprout)
Joscha “SchwaByyjee” Ziegler (coach)
