Indian jewellery brand unveils high-tech experience zone

India’s largest jewellery retail brand Tanishq has unveiled a first-of-its-kind immersive experience zone in partnership with Inventech, a Laqshya Media Group company.

The experience zone includes an immersive projection zone and projection mapped book, both of which can be controlled with hand gestures. Also part of the attraction is an augmented-reality mirror where visitors can see AR images of themselves wearing pieces from the brand’s Chozha jewellery collection, which is inspired by the golden age of a South Indian royal dynasty. The AR images can also be shared on social media.

The experience zone can be found at the Palladium Mall in Chennai. It forms part of a broader promotional campaign including 3D illusion social media posts and 3D DOOH display activations.
