What Is P5 Tactica About?
The Phantom Thieves of Hearts have wandered into a realm where citizens live under oppression led by a military group going by Legionnaires. When the heroes are backed into a corner a never-before-seen character named Erina rescues them. She then proceeds to strike a deal with the thieves explaining the situation they’re all in.
