We've previously highlighted their work on the flying machine creation game, Machinaero, and their intricate light reflection puzzle game, Lyxo. Both titles are known for their appealing visuals and soundtracks that enhance the gameplay experience, showcasing the developer's commitment to creating cohesive and polished projects. Their latest upcoming release, Roia, continues this trend. The game focuses on guiding a water source to the ocean by adjusting the terrain to create a river. As demonstrated in the trailer, Roia boasts stunning music and beautiful graphics, maintaining the high standards set by Emoak Studio's previous games.
If you've played Emoak's earlier games, you likely recall how dedicated they are to achieving a high degree of realism. For instance, in Machinaero, they delved deeply into aerodynamics and physics to make sure that every aircraft a player designs responds accurately to factors like wind resistance, lift, drag, pressure, temperature, and fluid dynamics. In Lyxo, each light source is comprised of thousands of individual light rays that interact through reflection and refraction to create the most authentic virtual lighting experience. I fully expect the terrain manipulation and water flow mechanics in Roia to be just as detailed and impressive. Roia is set to be released on iOS and Android on July 16th, priced at $2.99.
