Full Details of John Wall, Eric Gordon 3-Team Deal

Date:

Another blockbuster three-team trade has been reported ahead of the 3:00pm ET NBA trade deadline on Thursday. The Houston Rockets are receiving John Wall, the Clippers are receiving Eric Gordon and Danny Green along with two second rounders, and the Grizzlies are getting Luke Kennard.

ESPN’s official Twitter account reported the news on Thursday, sourcing Adrian Wojnarowski.

Wall was a first overall pick by the Wizards back in the 2010 NBA Draft. He played there for over 10 seasons before being traded to the Houston Rockets, where he played for over two years. He was, then, moved to the Los Angeles Clippers. He’s now being traded back to the Rockets.

Gordon is also returning to a team for which he previously played. He was a Clipper from 2008-2011, a Hornet/Pelican from 2011-2016, then, finally, a Rocket from 2016 until today. The former NBA Sixth Man of the Year comes packaged with journeyman three-time NBA Champion, Danny Green.

Stay tuned for more breaking NBA content, including midseason moves, contract updates and more news from every team.
