Recently, Microsoft has made it possible for users to go password-free by using their Authenticator app. While this will not stop fraudsters from operating, as biometrics becomes more frequently used, it will provide an extra layer of security.
Cyberattacks are more common than any other sort of attack these days. Captchas and tick boxes are no longer adequate security measures.
