For programmers who previously engaged in the Web2 industry, the world of Web3 may present barriers and challenges. However, it also offers a wealth of opportunities.

In the traditional Internet world, programmers typically follow a centralized, offline work model, and most of them have to endure long working hours. Web3 has offered them an opportunity to change the way they work. Instead of wasting much time commuting, they can work in a more comfortable, flexible environment. Therefore, the crypto market, built on consensus protocols and smart contracts, does not require regulation nor can it be regulated. Yet a more trustworthy, transparent, free and open trading environment can be created.

The crypto industry has offered a decentralized, open, and transparent financial market where everyone is free and equal. Web3 can take power and control out of the hands of big tech companies and give it back to individual users. All users possess control over their own crypto assets. CoinEx shares a similar vision with Web3, aiming to break the shackles of traditional finance, serve as an easy gateway to the world of crypto for global users, and enable more individuals to seize the opportunities and wealth brought by crypto finance.
