Celsius Network, the bankrupt cryptocurrency lender, is looking forward to adopting the legal path against Tiffany Fong, the popular crypto blogger and creditor. Fong has been accused of leaking internal information, as reported by Investor Bites on Twitter.

Fong tweeted a screenshot featuring a financial statement including 51 different parties on Celsius Network’s list, out of which she was the only person as far as corporate entities are concerned.

She is the main character of the Celsius crash and took to her YouTube channel as well as other social channels to report unfolding events on the bankruptcy case. Time and again, Fong has exposed internal information which according to her have been received from the company’s discontented insiders. 

Celsius Network’s counsel submitted in the shared statement that it had 77 billable hours, which equals to $72,476, on an invoice related to “Tiffany Fong Litigation.” 

Fong disclosed that she has crypto assets worth $119,000 locked in Celsius. Based on a screenshot shared by her, her portfolio with the network has BTC worth $94,568, ETH worth $24,306 and MATIC worth $439.

Since June 2022, i.e. the time when the network went bankrupt and left users trapped over locked funds, Fong has posted around 20 critical videos about Celsius Network. 

Reports say that her postings based on Celsius’ failure were initially unplanned, as all she was doing was expressing her frustration over lost funds owing to the network’s collapse. Coincidentally, certain tweets expanded into a media campaign. Her activities grabbed eyeballs not only from the media but U.S. politicians, which also includes mentioning her interview with Sam Bankman-Fried at the U.S. Congress.

As of now, there’s been no confirmation regarding any legal move against her by Celsisus. However, the filing clears that the legal counsel of Celsius is pondering over the leaked details reported by Fong on her social media accounts.
