BlockchainSpace (BSPC), the leading data aggregator and infrastructure provider for guilds and Web3 projects, has recently launched its new project, “Guild Hub” with the aim to aid guilds to manage their communities and formally legitimize their businesses.

“Cryptocurrency adoption wouldn’t have reached the level it has today if not for the guild owners and managers who took the initiative to help aspiring Web3 users to enter and thrive in the space,” BSPC CEO and Founder Peter Ing stated.

According to the platform, BSPC’s Guild Hub aims to further push the company’s advocacy for guild growth through tooling, financing, and networking. Through the hub, BSPC looks forward to solving the issue of business legitimacy, guaranteeing a more effective way of policing the community, and ensuring that all guilds are accounted for and safe to partner with.

Moreover, Guild Hub will provide guilds a ‘Guild Profile’, a BSPC-issued identity that allows them to access several projects and platforms and view services, platforms, products, crypto on-ramps and off-ramps, news, and analytics.

“The launch of Guild Hub marks the beginning of a new era for guilds. As we at BSPC work to help Web3 businesses gain legitimacy, they’ll be able to enjoy business opportunities to impact not only their members but also communities outside the metaverse,” Jen Bilango, Guild Hub General manager, noted.

Aside from guild-improving tools and services, the hub will also allow games to determine which guilds to partner with, and players can find out which communities to connect with. These innovations are expected to create an effective and efficient product and service discovery and scalable community engagement.

Accordingly, along with the launch was a fireside chat with representatives from Metaverse Ventures Platform, Inc. (MVP),  CEO Gerb Inajada, and LimitLess Guild (LLG) Mobius Founder Lucas Low.

They cited that despite the crucial role of guilds in cryptocurrency adoption, their guilds still experience various challenges in recognition as legitimate businesses outside the space, hindering them from more opportunities and further growth.

“Web3 gaming being recognized and accepted as a profession by other institutions has been a major challenge for us in unlocking more opportunities for our members. As long as guilds have this problem, we won’t be able to reach our fullest potential and ensure long-term sustainability for our businesses,” shared MVP CEO Gerb Inajada.

Low also reiterated that GameFi communities are one of the key drivers of web3 development.

“As part of the ecosystem, we work together to become good actors and foster growth together. We assist each other to unlock our full potential, improve our overall perception, and augment our impact in the community,” the LLGMobius Founder added.

Last April, BSPC launched the Guild Partner Program to create value for guilds and games worldwide. Through the program, they will be able to facilitate the connection between games and guilds within their expansive network. Consequently, the firm published insights about how guilds can survive the bear market. According to them, the necessary measures to ensure guild resiliency amid the still ongoing crypto winter are community support, prioritizing scholars, and reevaluating game strategies.

In February, BSPC also expanded its portfolio of games and institutions, as it forged partnerships with play-to-earn football game CyBall, gaming platform Ethlas, and tournament organizer Community Gaming. (Read more:  BlockchainSpace Announces Multiple Play-to-Earn Games and Guild Partnerships

In 2021, the company has successfully raised $3.75 million in seed round funding and $2.4 million in strategic funding round to further improve their products and services as well as to onboard more guilds and games into their platform.
