The first Xilinx Technology Day with the theme “Shape the new era of AI” was successfully held on Mar. 19, 2019 in Shanghai, China. More than 300 developers joined the whole day event.
There were two parallel tracks, one focusing on Data Center AI and the other on edge AI. In addition, there were more than ten exciting AI-centric live demos including –

- ZU9 based high-performance Edgeboard from Baidu
- KU115 based Facial structure acceleration card from Athena Eye
- Zynq based DMS and front camera using Deep learning from Autocruis
- Car plate recognition using DPU on Ultra96
- 4ch face detection + 4ch traffic detection using DPU and VCU on ZCU104
- 6 simultaneous CNN using DPU on ZCU102 with Avnet multi-cam FMC
