2024 NFL Mock Draft October 11

Date:

The 2022 NFL Draft has just ended, but it is never too early to look ahead. Here is the 2024 NFL Mock Draft October 11.

1. Chicago Bears (via CAR)- Caleb Williams, QB, USC

Justin Fields looked better against the Commanders. If they have the top pick in the draft, they will have to consider taking Williams, who has great arm talent and can make plays out of structure.

2. Chicago Bears- Marvin Harrison Jr., WR, Ohio State

For their new quarterback, the Bears can get one of the best wide receiver prospects in the 21st century. Harrison has good size, speed and route-running ability to be a future star.

3. Denver Broncos- Drake Maye, QB, North Carolina

It doesn’t seem like Sean Payton is committed to Russell Wilson long term. He can get his quarterback of the future in Drake Maye, who has solid accuracy and athletic ability.

4. Minnesota Vikings- Michael Penix, QB, Washington

Michael Penix is the current odds on favorite to win the Heisman. He is stretching the field vertically and has great arm talent. Kirk Cousins is likely not going to be in Minnesota next season, so the Vikings need to find a new quarterback.

5. New England Patriots- Olu Fashanu, OT, Penn State

The Patriots have a quarterback issue, but they can address that in free agency. With this pick they can get Fashanu to help improve their offensive line.

6. New York Giants- Joe Alt, OT, Notre Dame

Alt is a good offensive tackle who could end up being the first one taken. The Giants attached themselves to Daniel Jones so now they have to get better support around him.

7. Arizona Cardinals- Brock Bowers, TE, Georgia

With the Cardinals picking seventh, they will likely stick with Kyler Murray. They can get him one of the best weapons in the draft in Brock Bowers, who is a versatile and fast tight end.

8. Green Bay Packers- Emeka Egbuka, WR, Ohio State

The Packers likely aren’t ready to give up on Jordan Love yet, but they need to get more offensive output and can get a talented receiver in Egbuka to help.

9. Las Vegas Raiders- Quinn Ewers, QB, Texas

Ewers has some of the best arm talent in the draft and just needs to play more consistently. The Raiders need to refresh, which likely includes getting a new head coach and quarterback.

10. Arizona Cardinals (via Hou)- Jared Verse, EDGE, Florida State

Verse was the best pass rusher heading into this college football season. He has still played well, but hasn’t been as effective. Dropping some weight and playing outside linebacker for the Cardinals could help him reach his potential.

11. New York Jets- J.C. Latham, OT, Alabama

If Aaron Rodgers returns next season and wants a run at the Super Bowl, the offensive line will need to be improved.

12. Washington Commanders- Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado

Sam Howell has the rest of the season to prove he is the guy to take this team moving forward. Sanders has impressed with his football IQ, accuracy and ability to extend plays.

13. Tennessee Titans- Kalen King, CB, Penn State

Tennessee has missed on their fair share of corners over the years and need to get another one for next season.

14. Cincinnati Bengals- Graham Barton, OT, Duke

The Bengals continue to rework the offensive line, but still have holes. Barton plays tackle, but also could move inside if that is what the Bengals need next season.

15. Los Angeles Rams- Kool-Aid McKinstry, CB, Alabama

After finding new stars on the offensive side of the ball, the Rams need more help on defense. McKinstry is very experienced in the SEC guarding some of the top targets in college football.

16. Los Angeles Chargers- Jer’Zhan Newton, DL, Illinois

The Chargers have needed someone to help stuff the run for years. Newton is building off a good 2022 season already for Illinois.

17. Houston Texans (via CLE)- Amarius Mims, OT, Georgia

C.J. Stroud is playing extremely well without much help in front of him on the offensive line. Mims is currently injured, but should return to the lineup and start moving up draft boards.

18. New Orleans Saints- Nate Wiggins, CB, Clemson

Wiggins has had a fantastic start to the college football season and can help give the Saints a corner across from Marshon Lattimore.

19. Atlanta Falcons- J.J. McCarthy, QB, Michigan

The Falcons are winning right now, but could benefit from better quarterback play. McCarthy has the tools to play well in Arthur Smith’s system.

20. Indianapolis Colts- Laiatu Latu, EDGE, UCLA

Latu has a significant injury history, but has also been a productive edge rusher this season. The Colts spent a lot of draft capital and money on the offense and now can focus on improving their pass rush.

21. Buffalo Bills- Xavier Worthy, WR, Texas

The Bills have struggled to find reliable receivers for Josh Allen to utilize other than Stefon Diggs. Worthy is a speedster who can stretch the field vertically and open things up.

22. Dallas Cowboys- Keon Coleman, WR, Florida State

Dallas signed Brandin Cooks to be their number two receiver, but that hasn’t worked out. Coleman can play on the outside while they continue to move Lamb around the formation.

23. Baltimore Ravens- Cooper DeJean, CB, Iowa

The Ravens have had injuries in their secondary the last few seasons. DeJean could be a corner or safety at the next level and his versatility could make him more useful for the Ravens.

24. Seattle Seahawks- Chop Robinson, EDGE, Penn State

Seattle hasn’t invested a ton into improving their pass rush, but can get Robinson at great value here.

25. Pittsburgh Steelers- Jordan Morgan, OT, Arizona

If the Steelers are going to continue with Kenny Pickett, they need to upgrade the offensive line in front of him.

26. Jacksonville Jaguars- Dallas Turner, EDGE, Alabama

Picking Travon Walker at number one in 2022 hasn’t paid off. Turner can be the pass rusher across Josh Allen in the future.

27. Tampa Bay Buccaneers- J.T. Tuimoloau, EDGE, Ohio State

The Buccaneers aren’t getting the pass rush they are accustomed to getting over the last few years. Tuimoloau is a good power rusher.

28. Detroit Lions- Maason Smith, DL, LSU

The Lions also will likely take a corner, but Smith presents good value and can help them on the interior of their defensive line.

29. Miami Dolphins- Leonard Taylor, DL, Miami

Miami doesn’t have too many needs, but they can get an athletic defensive lineman in Taylor to help give them a good interior pass rush along with Christian Wilkins.

30. Philadelphia Eagles- Malik Nabers, WR, LSU

To make their offense even better, the Eagles can draft Nabers. Quez Watkins can be replaced in the slot and with Nabers, A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith, the Eagles would be in contention for best wide receiver room.

31. Kansas City Chiefs- Rome Odunze, WR, Washington

It might be worth the Chiefs taking a wide receiver earlier than they have in the past few drafts. Odunze has good size and speed.

32. San Francisco 49ers- Kingsley Suamataia, OT, BYU

Trent Williams is aging and the 49ers may be looking for a new left tackle next offseason.
